Returns Policy

We accept returns within 15 days of receipt of the product, provided that the conditions set forth in our return policy are met. To be eligible for a return, the product must be in its original, unused condition and in the same condition in which it was received. Returns

Once you have purchased the product in our store, you will have 15 calendar days to return the item in question, from the date of receipt of your original order. Once 15 days have elapsed, no exchange or refund will be possible.

The refund of the money will be made through the same means by which the customer made the payment and the return will be carried out by this means, having a period of 3 to 7 days in its reimbursement.

There may be different circumstances to proceed to the return of an order.

• The product received suffers damage during transport. When you receive the merchandise, you must make sure that the package is in good condition externally and does not present any damage, if this is the case, you must refuse the shipment, reflecting the incident on the delivery note of the carrier and notify us by telephone at 613027999 or by e-mail at devoluciones@rluquetextilyhogar.es, within the following 24 hours. Once received, you should also check that the merchandise does not appear to have any anomaly. In order to make a claim to the parcel delivery agency, this must be communicated within 24 hours of receipt of the product.
• Defective merchandise. If you detect any defect in the article, you have 3 working days from receipt of the goods to return it. You must notify us at the telephone number 613027999 or via email devoluciones@rluquetextilyhogar.es to proceed with the exchange or return.
• Right of withdrawal. You have fifteen calendar days from the date of receipt of the product to execute the right of return or withdrawal. The procedure shall be carried out by sending an e-mail to devoluciones@rluquetextilyhogar. In this case, the shipment shall be at the customer’s expense.

Remember that in order to return a product, the following conditions must be met.

ESSENTIAL CONDITIONS TO MAKE A RETURN

1. Be within the established period of 15 calendar days from the reception of the order.
2. The product must be in perfect condition. If not received in its original packaging, the product will suffer a depreciation that will be passed on to the consumer.
3. In any case, the product code must correspond to the one shown on the purchase invoice.
4. The return of the product (when defective) will always be managed with the transport agency designated by Raquel Luque Textil & Hogar and according to the instructions that will be sent to proceed with the return.
5. It must be accompanied by the delivery note or invoice issued along with the product to be returned.
6. The product must be perfectly packed to avoid damages and incidents in transport.

In cases where we detect that the returned product has been improperly handled by the customer, the return will not be accepted, and if accepted, the full amount paid for the purchase will not be refunded.

Shipping Policies:

1. Shipping to the peninsula

We ship only to addresses located in the peninsula (mainland Spain). We do not ship to the Canary Islands or the Balearic Islands.

2. Delivery times

We commit to process and ship orders within 3 days (72 hours)(process and delivery) of payment confirmation. Please note that these times are estimates and may vary depending on the recipient’s location and exceptional circumstances.

3. Shipping and handling

Shipping costs will be calculated and displayed during the checkout process, and are the responsibility of the buyer.

4. Order Cancellation

Customers have 30 minutes to cancel their order from the time of purchase. If you have any questions, just call 613027999 and we will cancel your order.

SHIPPING:

There is a store pick up option (2hours-3hours) where the customer can pick up the order directly in the store, this option is free of charge. Another free option will also be in the area of Roquetas de Mar, surrounding towns and Almeria capital (Delivery time 24 hours). Finally, shipping of the goods through a national parcel company (GLS, SEUR or NACEX) with a delivery time of 24 to 72 hours.

• Products purchased through the online shop will be delivered to the person and address indicated in the order.
  Invoices will be sent to the e-mail address provided by the customer when registering in our online store.
  The delivery of the order to the customer will be justified through the signature of the customer of a delivery receipt document, at which time it is up to the customer to check the condition of the goods and indicate problems found on the delivery receipt.
